How does the overall process work?

In a nut shell:

  1. You create an account and place an order.
  2. The day before your pick up, place your clothes in your Clean it Online reusable garment bag. If it’s your first order, and you don’t have one yet that’s okay – just put your clothes in any bag and we’ll make sure you get a brand new reusable Green Garmento bag back with your cleaned clothes!
  3. The next day we pick up your garments and send you an invoice with what we picked up.
  4. We take them to be professionally cleaned at our state of the art dry cleaning facility.
  5. Two days later we drop off your fresh crisp cleaned clothes.

How does the reusable garment bag work?

At Clean it Online we believe in doing the right thing for the environment.  We have partnered with the The Green Garmento to offer every one of our customers a FREE reusable garment bag that also doubles as a laundry bag. Besides being a really cool bag, using it helps keep millions of pounds of plastic out of landfills every year!

In case you lose your first garment bag we are happy to give you another bag for $10 to help cover the cost of the bag.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Upon registration, you can add any credit card to your account.  You can even add multiple credit cards and select which one you would like to use when placing an order.

How can I use my coupon or special offer?

Have a coupon or special offer? Great! Just include the coupon or offer print-out with your garments, and we’ll take care of the rest.  Please note that coupons and special offers cannot be combined; in the case of two coupons or offers being included, we will use the one with the greatest benefit to you!

Does your simple pricing really include taxes?

You bet!  We believe in complete transparency and no hidden fees.  Simply put, the price you see is the price you pay!

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order is $15. This helps us continue to provide you with amazing prices, along with free pick up and delivery across Toronto.  Please see our terms of service for more details.

Do I have to place a new order each week?

No way!  That would be a total pain.  We have made it easy.  Simply setup a recurring order and tell us the day of the week you want the pick up to be.  Just make sure your clothes are in the bag that morning.  You can even set your order to recur every 2 weeks or monthly!  If nothing changes, you never need to login to your account again.  Just sit back and let us do all the work!

Where do you deliver?

Our service is currently available to over 1 Million downtown Toronto residents and businesses.  If we don’t service your location please send us an email at as we are rapidly expanding our service area every month.

What days and times do you deliver?

We currently offer pick up and delivery service from Monday-Friday.  For pick up please have your garments ready by 9am.  We will have it back to you by 5pm within 2 days.

What if I’m not home for pick up and delivery?

Simply tell us on your special instructions set up where we can pick up and deliver from. As long as it’s secure we will pick up and deliver where you instruct us.

How do I identify I want to dry clean my shirt versus launder?

If you want your shirts to be dry cleaned, please turn them inside out. For laundered shirts leave right side out. Nice and easy!

What do you mean by 200% satisfaction guarantee?

If for any reason you are unhappy with our service we will make it right!  On top of that, we will give you a 200% credit towards your next service.  That’s how much we love happy customers!

Do you offer a referral program?


  1. Send us an email with the name and email of the person you would like refer.
  2. We will send your referral an email with a $10 off coupon to use on their first order.
  3. When they put an order in, we’ll send you a $10 off coupon to use towards your next order.  There are no limits on the number of referrals either!

What if my garments are lost or damaged?

At Clean it Online we use state of art cleaning facilities and employ Dry Cleaning Institute garment care best practices to protect your clothes as if they were our own.  Unfortunately, on rare occasions accidents do happen.  If your garment is delicate and you would like it to have special care, please note this when placing an order.  This will help us clean your garments with utmost quality.  At Clean it Online we believe in ALWAYS doing the right thing for our customers.   In the event that your garments are lost or damaged, please get in touch with us right away.  We will investigate it immediately. How do you keep my information safe?

Can I recycle my hangers with you?

Yes, just simply place the hangers that you want to recycle inside of a plastic bag and then inside your Clean it Online garment bag when you place an order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can Clean it Online take care of alterations?

Unfortunately at this time we are focusing on Dry Cleaning, however send us an email with your request as we are considering a unique way to offer this service in the near future.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up to the night before we pick up your order.
